1. These terms and conditions apply to any payment of services provided by
  Taussig Cherrie Fildes through the website.
2. These terms and conditions may be amended periodically, and you will be
  deemed to have accepted any amendments if accessing the website after the
  amendments have been made.
Contract and price
1. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
2. Description of services may be subject to change or correction at any time.
  Although we seek to ensure information is correct, we make no representation or
  warranty as to information being accurate or complete.
3. Only invoices issued by Taussig Cherrie Fildes may be paid via the website. By
  using this payment facility, you warrant that:
  1. you are capable of entering into a legally binding contract with Taussig
    Cherrie Fildes,
  2. you are authorised and able to make payment via the method you have
    chosen, and
  3. the payment information you have provided is correct.
Payment method
1. Payment can be made with valid credit cards (Amex, Visa, Mastercard). Merchant
  fees will be charged for disbursements and third party fees (including counsel,
  valuers, experts and agents).
Refund/cancellation policy
1. In the event of a refund, you may be required to provide credit card details for the
  purpose of issuing a refund to your credit card account.
2. Any refund will be made using your original payment method or another method
  at our discretion.
